All Merchandise purchased through the Website is delivered to You F.O.B by Play Clan. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the merchandise passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by the courier company.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carrier
that we use for all shipping out of India is Aramex and for all deliveries
within India is Aramex .

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery to you of merchandise purchased on the Play Clan website.
Wrong
Delivery Address
We will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address given by the customer. We would request you to check your address in detail at the time of checkout. An incorrect address will incur a triple shipping cost as the package returns back to us and we then reship the same back to the corrected address.

Generally, an order from the time of placement to delivery should take about 15 days. If for any reason there are any delays which will keep you informed on the same by email.

Please note that it is not possible for us to give you a Guarantee for the Delivery Date as we have no control over unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery after we have shipped the order. Do track your order periodically as advised below.

Find the Aramex tracking number in the email we sent you confirming
that your order has been shipped. Use that number at
http://www.aramex.com/ to check the status
of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information
appears on their website. If your order appears late, remember that credit
card approval must be received prior to processing.

Import Duties & Taxes Information
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
Play Clan does not collect duties and taxes. As we have no control over these charges, we cannot predict what your particular charge may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs at the time of the receipt of the package.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Sometimes unaccountable delays do occur during customs clearance. Unfortunately Play Clan cannot be held responsible for the same.
Moreover, when ordering from Play Clan, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
